SFIII: 3rd Strike PAL World is a fan-made, non-commercial community site for sharing Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike PAL mods (character palette swaps). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Capcom. Street Fighter and related characters and trademarks belong to Capcom. By creating an account or using this site, you agree to the terms below.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything posted under your account.
- One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else or create an account to evade a ban.
- You must verify your email before uploading — this is to keep the upload system from being abused.
- You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings; this is permanent.
Uploading mods
- Images must use an indexed color palette (PNG-8, GIF, or indexed BMP) — this is a technical requirement, not just a suggestion, and is enforced automatically on upload.
- Only upload work you made yourself or have the right to share. Don't upload someone else's mod and claim it as your own.
- No illegal content, no malware disguised as an image, and nothing sexually explicit, harassing, or hateful.
- Uploads are public. Anyone can view, Like, Favorite, download, or report them.
- You can post a new version of your own mod at any time; older versions stay in its version history rather than being deleted.

PAL mods are fan-made derivative works based on Capcom's characters and game. We don't claim any ownership over Capcom's IP, and by uploading you confirm the mod itself (the actual palette/image file you made) is your own work. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, contact a site admin with details and we'll review it.
Following, Liking, and Favoriting
These features are meant for genuine engagement. Don't use scripts, bots, or fake/duplicate accounts to inflate likes, favorites, follower counts, or rank.
Reporting and moderation
- Anyone, including guests, can report a mod for admin review.
- Admins may remove content or ban accounts that violate these terms, at their discretion, without prior notice.
- Filing knowingly false or malicious reports is itself a violation of these terms.
No warranty
This site is provided "as is," run by volunteers/hobbyists, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or that content is error-free, safe to use with your emulator/setup, or fit for any particular purpose. Use downloaded mods at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFIII: 3rd Strike PAL World and its operators aren't liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the site or any content downloaded from it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. Meaningful changes will update the date at the top of this page.
